 Mining Vibrating Screen earns this name by reason of its approximately circular movement. It is of multilayer and high efficiency. The eccentric shaft vibration exciter and partial block help to adjust amplitude. This kind of screen is of long stream line, many specifications and clear screening for different

specifications.

Working Features:

   It uses eccentric block to produce strong exciting force. Crossbeam and the main body of the vibrating screen are connected with high strength screw bolts. So they have the features of simple structure and easy maintenance. It adopts tire clutch with capability of flexible connection and stable operation. It adopts the structure of small amplitude, high frequency, large obliquity to make the screen hold the capability of high efficiency, large handling capacity, long life span, low consumption, little noise.

I: The capacity can up to 1440 t/h

II:The machine is jointed by ring-grooved rivets, its structure is simple,compact ,frim ,reliable ,and easy to maintain.

III:This series of vibrating screen machine uses rubber spring to buffer, which keeps the machine running smoothly with low noise when passing the resonance region.

2.About the screen plate usually have Stainless steel weaving plate, Casting plate,Ployurethane and Stainless stell strip-crack screen plate. Our engineer will choos the model according to your details technoloy parameters.

3.Motor usually have two chose ,one is general motor,the other is Explosion-Proof Motor .Voltage can be 380V /660V .But your voltage should no more than 1100V .When you send an inquiry also let me know the voltage and Hertz.
